Elite Profit Network (EPN) is a new and innovative marketing company designed to maximize savings for consumers while simultaneously maximizing the profits for their independent marketing representatives through the power of the internet.

EPN was founded in Atlanta, Georgia by a team of highly experienced marketers and astute business professionals with more than 40 years of combined experience. This company was started with one goal in mind – To help individuals profit in all areas of their life! EPN understands that EVERYONE would like to make more money or be rich, but if it were that easy, why isn’t everyone rich?

The answer to that question is because true wealth is based upon achieving balance in all areas of life. So EPN focuses on assisting their representatives in profiting socially, emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally and financially!

Reco T. McDaniel

Reco McDaniel has experience in multiple facets when it comes to business. He started his road to entrepreneurship while in college pursing a dual engineering degree with the State University of West Georgia and Georgia Tech. At the time, he was working a full time job with a major engineering company - to gain experience and also to assist in paying his way through school. While employed with this company, he experienced not only how to be an engineer but also what it was like to work in Corporate America. After the tragic events of September 11, 2001, he watched the American economy take a drastic downturn and witnessed hundreds of co-workers lose their jobs and their source of incomes. After realizing that being employed, even with which most would consider a “good job”, your position is never secure unless you are the owner. He knew at this point that he never wanted his family to face a situation like this so he started to seek out ways to start his own business.

Mr. McDaniel researched multiple industries and also multiple business ideas. After coming to the conclusion, rather quickly, that he had little to no capital to invest, no credit history to get loans, and no collateral or potential investors, his journey was almost over. Then one day he met a gentleman that introduced him to the Network Marketing industry and his life changed forever! A few years later he went from being a dead broke college student to a 24-year old six-figure earner. Over the next few years Mr. McDaniel built organizations eclipsing MILLIONS of dollars in revenues on an annual basis with tens of thousands of representatives recruited in the process. He has coached and mentored thousands of people nationwide and has addressed crowds of a few people to upwards of thousands. Since 2001 he has successfully run another organization called C.O.D.E. R.E.D. Marketing, which is a marketing and training company.

After being involved within the industry for a number of years, and gaining what some consider “ultimate success”, Mr. McDaniel felt something was missing from his list of accomplishments. He has always been able to make sufficient incomes from this industry but what he noticed was that most companies in this industry did not design compensation plans that were favorable to average, everyday people. Only a very small percentage of people made ANY money consistently and the vast majority of people made NO money at all. With this void becoming more prominent over time, he decided that it was time for him to create an opportunity that would not only fulfill his accomplishments, but also assist others in accomplishing whatever endeavors they were pursuing as well.

Elite Profit Network was born.

Despite very humble beginnings, Mr. McDaniel is as well accomplished as any professional networker in history. He was recently featured as one of the youngest success stories in the most recent issue of "Who’s Who in Black Atlanta", a publication highlighting some of the most accomplished African Americans in Atlanta, GA. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, he is also a Professional Speaker and Success Coach. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association, both national and local chapters, and The Global Speakers Federation. His main and primary focus is making Elite Profit Network the forerunner and one day, the largest company within the Network Marketing industry! His teachings, focusing on personal growth, spiritual fulfillment, and financial stability are unparalleled, transcending cultural and age barriers.

Mr. McDaniel and his family reside in Atlanta, GA. He is happily married to his best friend Shanee' and currently the father of a 9 year-old son, Reco Jr. and a 1 year-old daughter, Raegan. He credits his success, first and foremost, to his faith in God and then his obligation to his family. His strong belief, "We are blessed to be a blessing in someone else's life!", shows in his teachings.

Keith Fraley

Keith Fraley brings a wealth of experience in business development and leadership to Elite Profit Network. Like Mr. McDaniel, Mr. Fraley also derived from humble beginnings. From overcoming adversities as a teenager to recovering from mistakes made as a young adult, he has been able to create a success story that inspires thousands across the nation.

Mr. Fraley has always been a competitor. After a very successful 4 years of high school sports, he attended college on a full athletic scholarship to play football. He made an immediate impact, becoming the only freshman starter on his team. Even though Mr. Fraley had dreams of becoming a professional football player, his college career only lasted two years.

Instead of living a professional athlete's lifestyle, he found himself back at home seeking a J.O.B. This is something that he didn’t want to do at the time, but because of financial responsibilities, he had to. He eventually found himself working as a underpaid and never satisfied Heating and Air Conditioning Technician. Because of his competitive nature and drive, he became one of the most efficient and productive Heating and Air Technicians in his company nationwide, which the company awarded him with what, he calls “a few expired coupons to a buffet restaurant”.

Realizing that this was not the life met for him, he started to open his mind up to the possibilities of making additional income without getting a part time job. Within a few weeks, he was repairing an air condition unit for a young lady and she gave him a card and told him if he was ready to “make some real money” to give her a call. Initially he was caught off guard and offended by the statement. After some self-reflection, he realized that this young lady might have the opportunity he was looking for. He agreed to meet with her and shortly after getting started with the opportunity, experienced almost immediate success. Over the next few years he was able to leave his job and went from being in the heat of people’s attics to enjoying the heat on some of the nicest beaches one could travel to. The power of residual income and the Network Marketing industry changed his life.

Mr. Fraley has built representative organizations reaching into the thousands on a global basis. The same competitive spirit, leadership ability, and drive that made him a phenomenon on the football field, has evolved him into one of the most successful networkers and marketers in our industry. In addition to building successful Network Marketing organizations, Mr. Fraley has managed to successfully start and oversee operations of a few internet enterprises. He has also successfully launched dozens of products in a very competitive internet marketing environment. He intends to implement the success strategies he’s learned over the years to run previous endeavors to elevate EPN to even greater heights!

Mr. Fraley and his family reside in Locust Grove, GA. He is happily married to his best friend Atiya and is the father of a 7 year-old son, Ameer and a 4 year-old daughter, Kaniya. He is driven to help other people become successful, which leads to one of his fundamental success principals, “The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is simply that successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful people will not do.” He is convinced that if someone will do what they’re taught with EPN, they too, like him and Mr. McDaniel can live the lifestyle of their dreams!
